With its private entrance, this space is ideal for relaxation and convenience.

Guest Access
The guest house has its own private entrance which is the left door of the front porch. There is a door in the kitchen that leads to the main house, however two one-way (hotel-style) keyless deadbolts are on either side of the door. This is for the guest and occupant's peace of mind and safety. So the separate spaces are not accessible by either party.
